As a member of STRONG WITH LUCY, you will receive access to 3 programmes per month, that will cater for you training 3, 4 or 5 days per month to give you structure and help you feel more accountable and be consistent with your training.

With each workout containing around 7 exercises per session, the programme is designed to help you build strength, lean mass and athleticism.

Each workout is supported by access to an extensive exercise library with over 200 videos for you to refer to, as well as comprehensive mobility tutorials.

All workouts include a printable PDF workout log to track your training and progress.
